目的探讨JH血液透析机(广州暨华公司)血液净化治疗危重症患者的疗效。方法治疗组采用JH血液透析机对102例危重症患者分别行血液透析(HD)(A组)、血液滤过(HF)(B组)、HF配合血浆置换(PE)或血液灌流(HP)(C组)治疗。对照组为条件相当的31例重症患者,采用进口设备行HF治疗。结果各治疗组尿毒症毒素均降低(P<0.05),但与对照组比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。B、C组和对照组治疗后肌酸激酶(CK)、ALT、AST、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)和D-二聚体均较治疗前降低(P<0.05)。C组循环免疫复合物(CIC)治疗后较治疗前降低(P<0.05)。结论 JH血液净化仪除可行HD治疗外,设备还可推移到床边行持续性HF治疗,有利于基层单位开展多种血液净化治疗项目。
Objective To investigate the effect of JH hemodialysis machine (Guangzhou Jihua Company) on blood purification in critically ill patients. Methods A total of 102 critically ill patients with hemodialysis (HD) (group A), hemoperfusion (group B), HF combined with plasma exchange (PE) or hemoperfusion (HP) (C group) treatment. The control group of 31 patients with severe conditions, the use of imported equipment, HF treatment. Results The uremic toxins in all treatment groups were decreased (P <0.05), but there was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). The levels of creatine kinase (CK), ALT, AST, lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) and D-dimer in B, C group and control group were lower than those before treatment (P <0.05). C group of circulating immune complexes (CIC) decreased after treatment than before treatment (P <0.05). Conclusion JH blood purification device in addition to feasible HD treatment, the device can be moved to the bedside continuous HF treatment, is conducive to the implementation of a variety of blood purification units at the grassroots units.
