利用水培试验研究了缺素培养对夏谷幼苗吸收磷钾钙镁矿质营养元素的影响。结果表明,完全营养条件下,夏谷幼苗上位4叶片间P、K、Mg的含量无明显差异,而Ca的含量由下而上逐渐降低。缺氮培养和缺钾培养的幼苗叶片中均有磷的积累,但其原因各异。缺钾培养的幼苗叶片中出现镁的积累现象,然而缺镁培养并没有降低幼苗叶片中钾的含量。缺磷培养显著降低夏谷幼苗对镁的吸收,但缺镁培养的叶片磷素含量并没有减少。
Hydroponic experiments were carried out to study the effects of nutrient-deficient culture on phosphorus, potassium, calcium and magnesium mineral nutrition in summer-seedlings. The results showed that there was no significant difference in the content of P, K and Mg among the upper four leaves of summer rice under full nutrition, while the content of Ca decreased gradually from bottom to top. Phosphorus accumulation was observed in both nitrogen-deficient and potassium-deficient seedling leaves, but for different reasons. The accumulation of magnesium in the leaves of seedlings cultured in potassium deficiency, however, did not reduce the content of potassium in seedling leaves. Phosphorus deficiency significantly reduced magnesium uptake by summer-seedlings, but the content of phosphorus in leaves lacking magnesium did not decrease.
