目的:研究埃他卡林对缺氧性肺动脉高压(HPH)患者自由基代谢的影响。方法:在海拔5000 m以上高原,将110名HPH患者随机分为埃他卡林治疗组(实验组,n=74)和安慰剂对照组(n=36)。治疗前、治疗6个月后分别采血检测超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、一氧化氮(NO)及一氧化氮合酶(NOS)的含量。结果:服药前实验组较对照组SOD、MDA、NO、NOS无统计学差异(P>0.05);服药6个月后实验组较对照组SOD、NO、NOS增高,MDA降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:氧自由基参与了HPH的发生发展过程,埃他卡林减轻脂质过氧化反应,是对HPH发挥保护作用的重要机制。
Objective: To study the effect of iptakalim on free radical metabolism in patients with hypoxic pulmonary hypertension (HPH). Methods: One hundred and ten patients with HPH were randomly assigned to an experimental group (experimental group, n = 74) and a placebo group (n = 36) at altitudes of 5000 m above sea level. Before treatment and 6 months after the treatment, blood samples were collected for determination of the content of superoxide dismutase (SOD), malondialdehyde (MDA), nitric oxide (NO) and nitric oxide synthase (NOS). Results: Compared with the control group, the levels of SOD, MDA, NO and NOS in the experimental group before treatment were not significantly different (P> 0.05). After 6 months of treatment, the levels of SOD, NO, NOS and MDA in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group Significance (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: Oxygen free radicals participate in the development of HPH. Ipatacan reduces the lipid peroxidation and is an important mechanism of protecting HPH.
