一九八四年九月六日,于儒德要离开青海西宁皮革制件厂回山东的消息一传开,几十名制革工人立即赶到厂门口为他送行。怀抱着孩子的女工、腰里系着围裙的刚从厨房出来的女工、手里粘满油污的机修工,都来争着与这位满头银发、身材高大的山东老人握手道别。不少人说:“于老,盼您明年夏天再来啊!我们厂需要您,大西北需要您呀!” 是啊,开发中的中国西北,是多么缺乏有专长的技术人才和有经验的管理人才!六十七岁的于儒德,从事皮革的生产和管理工作已经五十三年了。他是山东省民主建国会的会员。一九八四年七月,他响应民建、工商联“两会”中央的号召,受青海省“两会”的邀请,来到西宁皮革制件厂进行经济咨询工作。短短的三个月,他解决了这个厂多年来
