Autoclaved aerated concrete laboratory samples are mainly produced using cement and lime as the rubber under different conditions. The study reflects the type and amount of product, porosity, and pore size distribution. Measure shrinkage and compressive strength. The reaction product belongs to the borosilicate silicate series of silicates and defines the “degree of crystallinity” as the percentage of 11.3 etched mullite in the total calcium silicate hydrate. The shrinkage decreases as the crystallinity increases, but the compressive strength increases to an optimal value. The strength also increases with increasing amount of hydrate and decreasing porosity. Other properties of the reaction product are represented by thermal properties and pore size distribution of the micropores, which are extremely important for the mechanical properties of the material.
