从高职院校学生综合职业能力培养的内涵入手,指出当前我国高职院校学生综合职业能力存在职业意识不强、社会能力不足、方法能力欠缺、缺乏创新精神等不足。受德国职业教育的相关启示,提出高职院校学生综合职业能力养成的策略选择。即在整体性项目中培养学生的综合职业能力,在实践性情境中培养学生的方法能力,在企业真实环境中培养学生的社会能力,在创设工作情境中培养学生的创新能力。 Beginning with the connotation of students’ comprehensive vocational ability training in higher vocational colleges, it is pointed out that the comprehensive occupational ability of students in vocational colleges in our country is not strong enough to have professional awareness, lack of social ability, lack of methods and lack of innovative spirit. According to the relevant enlightenment of German vocational education, this paper puts forward the tactics of selecting comprehensive vocational ability of students in higher vocational colleges. That is to say, we should cultivate the students ’comprehensive professional ability in the holistic project, cultivate the students’ method ability in the practical situation, cultivate the students ’social ability in the real environment of the enterprise, and cultivate the students’ innovative ability in creating the work situation.
