目的:研究不同野生群体栀子药材质量,以及野生栀子药材主要药效成分含量与果实性状、地理气候因子间的相关性。方法:采用高效液相色谱法测定全国9省21个野生群体栀子药材栀子苷和西红花苷-1的含量,对栀子苷和西红花苷-1与果实性状、地理气候因子间进行相关分析及偏最小二乘法回归分析(PLS)。结果:栀子野生群体栀子苷、西红花苷-1含量与果实形态等性状相关性不显著,栀子苷含量受年均温、7月均温及海拔等主要因素的影响,西红花苷-1含量受经度、年日照、1月均温及年降水量等主要因素的影响。结论:研究结果对栀子资源的保护、良种选育及栀子种植基地选址等方面具有一定的指导意义。
OBJECTIVE: To study the quality of Gardenia jasminoides in different wild populations, and the relationship between the content of main medicinal components in wild Gardenia jasminoides and the fruit traits and geographic climatic factors. Methods: The contents of geniposide and crocin in 21 wild populations of Gardenia jasminoides in 9 provinces of China were determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The effects of geniposide and crocin-fructose on fruit properties, geographical and climatic factors Between the correlation analysis and partial least-squares regression analysis (PLS). Results: There were no significant correlations between geniposide and crocin-1 content in the wild gardenia genus and the shape of the fruit. The content of geniposide was affected by the annual average temperature, the average temperature in July and the altitude. The content of anthocyanin-1 is affected by the major factors such as longitude, annual sunshine, average temperature in January and annual precipitation. Conclusion: The results of this study have certain guiding significance for the protection of gardenia resources, the breeding of elite and the site selection of gardenia planting.
