对３９例颅脑疾病儿童脑脊液中Ｚｎ、Ｃｄ检测结果，发现Ｃｄ、Ｃｄ／Ｚｎ高于非脑疾组（Ｐ＜０．０５；Ｐ＜０．０２５）；且脑脊液中两元素与血中含量呈正相关关系。通过改变血中Ｚｎ、Ｃｄ的含量来调整其在脑脊液中的失衡现象可能有利于脑功能恢复。
