近年对α-脂蛋白在动脉粥样硬化发病机理中的作用进行了大量研究。许多作者认为血浆α-脂蛋白[Lp(α)]含量超过30mg/dl(0.3g/L,1g/L=100mg/d1)是发生冠状动脉粥样硬化的独主危险因素,但对急性脑血液循环障碍(ADMC)病人血浆Lp(α)含量还研究的很少。本文旨在研究血浆Lp(α)含量与ADMC病人脑动脉粥样硬化性损害之间的关系。
In recent years, the role of a-lipoprotein in the pathogenesis of atherosclerosis has been extensively studied. Many authors believe that plasma alpha-lipoprotein levels greater than 30 mg / dl (0.3 g / L, 1 g / L = 100 mg / d1) are the predominant risk factors for coronary atherosclerosis. However, Plasma Lp (α) levels in patients with blood circulation disorders (ADMC) are also poorly studied. This article aims to investigate the relationship between plasma Lp (alpha) levels and cerebral atherosclerotic lesions in ADMC.
