通过对六流连铸中间包内流动与传热耦合过程的数值模拟,说明了改进中间包的合理性.此外,本研究还进行了现场温度的实际测定,结果表明模拟计算结果与实测值的趋势一致,优化后的中间包能更好地满足生产的要求
The numerical simulation of the coupling process of flow and heat transfer in a six-strand continuous casting tundish shows the rationality of improving the tundish. In addition, the actual measurement of the field temperature was also carried out in this study. The results show that the simulation results are consistent with the trend of the measured values. The optimized tundish can better meet the production requirements
