单克隆抗体的发展是目前医学界中最令人鼓舞的.单克隆抗体技术对很多疾病,包括微生物和病毒性疾病的诊断有很大用途,并对很多皮肤病的发病机制有可能更好地了解,最终它将应用到许多炎症性或肿瘤性皮肤病的治疗中.产生有效量的单克隆抗体的方法首先是用特异抗原免疫小鼠使其产生抗体.现在我们能够免疫小鼠使其产生针对无数物质的抗体,从理论上讲,我们可以使小鼠产生针对世界上所有的物质的抗体.
