目的:探讨原发性闭角型青光眼的生物结构特点。方法 :应用ALCON公司眼科专用A/B型超声诊断系统对 32例 6 0只各型原发性闭角型青光眼进行A超测量 (包括眼轴长度 ,前房深度 ,晶体厚度 )和角膜直径测量 ,以 30例 6 0只正常眼对照 ,并进行相关比较及统计学分析。结果 :两组中各项均值均有显著差异。结论 :原发性闭角型青光眼在解剖上存在晶体较厚 ,相对晶体位置较前 ,视轴较短 ,晶体厚度 /眼轴长度系数较大 ,前房较浅和角膜横径较小等特点
Objective: To investigate the biological characteristics of primary angle-closure glaucoma. Methods: Ultrasonography (including axial length, anterior chamber depth, crystal thickness) and corneal diameter measurement were performed on 32 cases of 60 primary primary angle-closure glaucoma using ALCON ophthalmic A / B system. , 30 cases of 60 normal control, and the relevant comparison and statistical analysis. Results: There was a significant difference between the mean values of the two groups. CONCLUSIONS: Primary angle-closure glaucoma has anatomically significant features such as thicker anatomy, earlier relative crystal position, shorter optic axis, larger lens thickness / axial length coefficient, shallower anterior chamber and smaller corneal diameter
