为寻找适合灵芝胞外糖肽(EPSP)液体深层发酵工艺商业化生产的经济高效的培养基原料,在摇瓶水平上比较研究了不同类型的碳源和氮源(各6种)对灵芝胞外糖肽(EPSP)产量的影响。试验表明:玉米粉是最适合灵芝EPSP生产((2.664±0.801)g/L)和菌丝生长((4.559±0.150)g/L)的碳源;尿素是最适合灵芝EPSP生产((0.636±0.040)g/L)的氮源,豆粕粉则是最适合灵芝菌丝生长的氮源((2.222±0.256)g/L);玉米粉与豆粕粉组合是最适合灵芝EPSP生产((4.366±0.434)g/L)的碳氮源组合。本研究结果可为灵芝EPSP液体深层发酵工艺的工业化生产提供科学指导。
In order to find a cost-effective medium for the commercial production of EPSP deep-liquid fermentation process, different types of carbon sources and nitrogen sources (6 each) were used to study the effects of Ganoderma lucidum Effect of Exopolysaccharide Peptide (EPSP) Yield. The results showed that corn flour was the best carbon source for EPSP production (2.664 ± 0.801 g / L) and mycelial growth (4.559 ± 0.150 g / L). Urea was the most suitable for producing EPSP (0.636 ± (2.222 ± 0.256 g / L), which was most suitable for the growth of Ganoderma lucidum mycelium. The combination of corn meal and soybean meal was the best for EPSP production ((4.366 ± 0.434) g / L). The results of this study can provide scientific guidance for the industrial production of Ganoderma lucidum EPSP liquid deep fermentation process.
