在N_2、H_2气氛下用非等温方法考察了大庆、胜利减压渣油的热转化过程,借助气相色谱对两种渣油在不同热反应温度下产生的C_1~C_6气态烃分布进行了测定。结果表明,在所测定的5个热反应温度下,CH_4的含量均最高。随着渣油热转化率的增加,CH_4的含量不断减少,C_2~C_4逐渐增加,C_5及C_6亦呈上升趋势,但在452℃处存在一最大值;气相产物中C_2和C_3的含量相近,C_6以烯烃为主。本实验条件下,气氛改变基本不影响渣油热转化产物中气态烃的组成。
The thermal conversion process of Daqing Shengli Vacuum Residue Oil was investigated by using non-isothermal method in N 2 and H 2 atmosphere. The distribution of C 1 ~C 6 gaseous hydrocarbons produced by two kinds of residual oil at different heat reaction temperatures was determined by gas chromatography. The results showed that the contents of CH_4 were the highest at the five reaction temperatures. With the increase of thermal conversion of residual oil, the content of CH_4 decreased, the content of C_2 ~ C_4 increased gradually and the content of C_5 and C_6 increased. However, there was a maximum value at 452 ℃. The contents of C_2 and C_3 in gas phase were similar, C_6 mainly olefins. Under the experimental conditions, the change of atmosphere basically does not affect the composition of gaseous hydrocarbons in the thermal conversion products of residual oil.
