当前,在许多大型土建工程地质勘察中,越来越多地采用孔内弹性波原位测试方法,特别是横波(S 波)测试已成为重大工程地质勘探中不可缺少的主要手段之一。传统的动弹性参数测试是根据岩土样品计算的。可是这种经扰动后的样品并不代表岩土原有湿度、结构等原状条件,以致使测试及计算的准确性大大降低。孔内弹性波测试是在原位地层中进行的。弹性波的激发、传播和接收,受边界条件影响因素很小,因而可真实地反映土体骨架的动力学特性。
