目的:探讨人文关怀在院前急救护理过程中的应用效果。方法:选取2014年6月至2015年6月东莞市寮步医院收治的120例院前急救患者,随机分为两组,每组60例。对照组实施院前急救常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上开展人文关怀护理。观察两组疼痛程度以及护理满意度。结果:观察组患者转运期与入院等待治疗时的视觉模拟量表(VAS)疼痛评分明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的护理满意度96.7%,明显高于对照组的66.7%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将人文关怀护理理念应用于院前急救护理工作中有利于缓解患者痛苦,提高护理满意度与院前急救工作质量。
Objective: To explore the application of humane care in the pre-hospital emergency nursing process. Methods: From January 2014 to June 2015, 120 cases of pre-hospital emergency care in Liaobu Hospital of Dongguan City were selected and randomly divided into two groups of 60 cases each. The control group carried out the pre-hospital emergency care, and the observation group carried out humane care nursing care based on the control group. The degree of pain and nursing satisfaction were observed in both groups. Results: The visual analog scale (VAS) pain score in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group during transport and hospital stay, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The satisfaction rate of nursing in observation group was 96.7%, which was significantly higher than that in control group (66.7%), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: The application of the concept of humane care nursing in pre-hospital emergency nursing helps to alleviate the suffering of patients and improve the satisfaction of nursing and the quality of pre-hospital emergency work.
