粉末涂料静电喷涂是近年发展起来的一项新材料、新工艺。其工艺流程简单、无污染、材料利用率高。涂层具有高厚度、手感好、色彩鲜艳的特点。是国家经委、电子工业部要求在“七五”计划期间大力推广应用的重点新工艺项目。我厂通过一段时间的研究试验,已成功地把粉末涂料静电喷涂技术应用于电子产品外壳涂装。提高了产品外观质量和竞争力,取得了良好的经济效益,有效地治理了环境污染。本文结合电子行业的特点,对粉末涂料静电喷涂的工艺特点、原理和操作流程作较详细的介绍,并以试验数据和实践效果论证其应用于电子行业涂装工艺中的可行性和实用价值。
Powder coating electrostatic spraying is developed in recent years, a new material, new technology. The process is simple, non-polluting, high material utilization. Coating with high thickness, feel good, colorful features. It is a key new technology project that the State Economic Commission and the Ministry of Electronics Industry require to promote and apply during the “Seventh Five-Year Plan”. I plant through a period of research, has successfully applied powder coating electrostatic spraying technology for electronic products shell coating. Improve the quality and competitiveness of the product appearance, achieved good economic benefits, effectively control the environmental pollution. In this paper, the characteristics of the electronics industry, electrostatic spraying powder coating process characteristics, principles and operational processes for a more detailed introduction, and test data and practical results demonstrated its application in the electronics industry coating process feasibility and practical value.
