张庆杰每次开车走深南大道路过深圳书城大厦时,总会习惯性地看一眼这个建筑“那是我来深圳的第一个落脚点。1987年,这里还是一个小山坡,我就住在小山坡上一间废弃的水泥瓦房里,一直住了两年”。现在担任乐安居董事长的张庆杰,属上世纪80年代到深圳白手起家的一代。18年过去了,张庆杰刚来深圳栖居的小山坡上,早已是高楼林立,他也从当年的农村穷汉子,变成了坐拥亿万身家的阔老板。当年他的“座驾”——一辆全身叮当晌的旧单车,也鸟枪换炮,变成了最新款的宝马七系列。尽管如此,提起当年那辆旧单车,张庆杰依然记忆深刻。故事就从那辆旧单车说起吧。
