齿轮径向跳动误差源于齿轮加工安装偏心引起的原理性误差,实际测量中由于齿轮芯轴中心孔偏心,会使测量结果产生系统误差,需予以消除.通过对实际的齿轮进行测量,分析得出当齿轮安装回转中心与芯轴中心一致时,齿轮径向跳动误差与芯轴的径向跳动误差产生同向误差;反之,产生反向误差.将齿轮芯轴的径向跳动误差作为修正值,对齿轮径向跳动误差测量值进行补偿,即可获得齿轮径向跳动误差的真实值,可以实现对齿轮精度的正确评定.
