顺序控制是连退机组入、出口区域实现自动连续生产的主要电气控制方式,以入口为例,从入口步进梁送卷到开卷机上卷、开卷机开卷、入口穿带直至焊接,都由顺序控制程序来完成,顺序控制不仅要完成每个单独过程的设备动作,还要负责实现过程之间的衔接配合,从而实现全自动生产。APC位置控制主要负责设备在固定位置间的自动移动,包括设备动作安全连锁条件、加速、减速、自动定位等,APC位置控制是顺序控制的一项重要执行功能。本文以顺序控制及APC位置控制在本钢浦项冷轧连续退火机组的应用为主要内容,介绍两种控制的程序原理及特点,结合对故障案例的分析讲述实际应用中的常见故障点和难点。

In this paper, order control and APC position control in the Baptist Cold Rolling Continuous Annealing Unit Bengang as the main content, introduces two kinds of control procedures and characteristics of the principle, combined with the analysis of fault cases on the practical application of the common point of failure and difficulties .
