小麦秆锈、叶锈和白粉病是东北春麦区小麦的主要病害和抗病育种的主攻对象。针对东北春麦区秆锈、叶锈和白粉菌毒性变异动态,通过抗病性鉴定,从国内外引进的小麦品种资源中筛选出对这3种病害有效的多样化抗源材料,并按其所含抗病基因的不同进行了抗源归类。其中:秆锈病抗源9种基因类型30份材料,叶锈病抗源6种基因类型16份材料,白粉病抗源9种基因类型67份材料。这些多样化抗源的合理利用,对避免品种抗源的单一化,提高和保护品种抗病的持久性具有十分重要的作用。
Wheat stem rust, leaf rust and powdery mildew are the main diseases and the main target of disease-resistant breeding of wheat in Northeast spring wheat area. According to the dynamic changes of stalk rust, leaf rust and powdery mildew in the spring wheat region of northeast China, the diversified anti-source materials effective for these three diseases were screened out from wheat varieties imported from home and abroad through disease resistance identification, Resistance genes containing different anti-source classification. Among them, 30 materials of 9 gene types of stem rust resistance, 16 materials of 6 gene types of leaf rust resistance and 67 materials of powdery mildew resistance 9 gene types. The rational use of these diversified sources of resistance plays a very important role in avoiding the simplification of the anti-source of the varieties and in increasing and protecting the durability of the varieties against diseases.
