数值模拟方法作为一种设计手段表现在它的通用性,掌握本领域常用的分析方法可以进行仿真分析,处理一类问题。在超临界法制备生物柴油的过程中,超临界流体对温度和压力的变化很敏感。高压反应釜受热不均会直接导致局部液体迅速气化甚至发生分解反应,影响生物柴油的产率。本文用有限元软件ANSYS对高压釜的不同反应情况进行了数值模拟,分析了高压釜与流体间的传热规律,为日后反应釜放大设计提供仿真分析技术支持。
As a design method, the numerical simulation method is manifested in its universality, and the analysis methods commonly used in the art can be simulated and analyzed to deal with a type of problem. Supercritical fluid is sensitive to changes of temperature and pressure in the process of biodiesel preparation by supercritical method. The uneven heating of the autoclave will directly cause local liquid gasification and even decomposition reaction, affecting the yield of biodiesel. In this paper, the finite element software ANSYS was used to simulate the different reaction conditions of the autoclave. The heat transfer rule between the autoclave and the fluid was analyzed and the simulation analysis technical support was provided for the enlargement design of the reactor.
