采用Deform 3D有限元分析模拟系统,对联接环的成型工艺过程进行了模拟分析,预测了缺陷产生的位置及原因,针对模具进行了修改和优化联接环的成型工艺过程进行了模拟分析,预测了缺陷的原因。结果表明,采用改进后的模具和工艺是合理的,改进后生产效率提高了2倍,合格率达到了96%,节约了材料成本和人工成本。
