我场现有茶园3755亩,缺株断垄的面积占15~20%,其中严重缺株的达30%以上。虽经多年用种子直播和移苗补植,不是出苗率低,成活率差,就是幼苗夭折,少数勉强成活,也是既矮又瘦。因此,迅速改变茶园残缺面貌,提高茶叶单产,是我场当前茶叶生产上迫切要求解决的问题。为此,我们学习了棉花、瓜菜、烟草等作物利用营养钵育苗的方法,于1965
