目的研究紫金胶囊对D氨基半乳糖(DGlaN)致大鼠肝损伤的保护作用.方法Wistar大鼠造型:DGlaN(08g/kg),ip,1次/d,连续2d;生理盐水10ml/kg,ig,2次/d,连续3d.设空白组,单纯中药组(141g/kg),联苯双酯(405mg/kg)阳性对照组,紫金胶囊低、中、高剂量组(28、141、226g/kg).自动生化分析仪上检测血清的总胆红素含量、凝血酶原时间、总蛋白含量、白蛋白含量及ALT活性,组间对比t检验.观察形态结构,作肝小叶百分比、肝细胞索百分比、存活肝细胞核和慢性炎细胞核的形态计量,组间对比q检验或t检验.结果紫金胶囊明显降低血清总胆红素含量(μmol/L,从576±49到72±09以下),缩短凝血酶原时间(s,从1385±125到1046±34以下),升高血清总蛋白含量(g/L,从492±22到572±21以上),升高血清白蛋白含量(g/L,从300±16到397±17以上)及降低血清ALT活性(μmol/min,从3374±953到893±153以下);紫金胶囊明显降低肝小叶百分比(从737到712以下)和降低肝?
Objective To study the protective effect of Zijin capsule on liver injury induced by DGalaN in rats. Methods Wistar rats were stained with DGlaN (08 g / kg) ip for 1 d / d for 2 d, and saline 10 ml / kg ig for 2 d for 3 d.
