目的 观察参附注射液对脊髓缺血性损伤的保护作用 .方法 18只雄性新西兰大白兔 ,随机分为 3组 :A组 (n=6 )即保护组 ,B组 (n=6 )即治疗组 ,C组 (n=6 )即对照组 .A组和 B组分别于缺血前 30 min内或再灌注 30 min内持续恒速静脉输入参附注射液 10 m L· kg- 1 ;采用肾下主动脉阻断法造成脊髓缺血 (2 0 min) ;术后观察神经功能变化并记录 1,4,8,12 ,2 4和 48h神经功能评分 ,48h处死动物后取脊髓(L5~ 7)标本行病理学观察 .结果 术后神经功能评分各时间点 A组和 B组均明显多于 C组 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,A组和 B组间则无差异 ;再灌注 48h脊髓前角正常运动神经元计数 A组和 B组均高于 C组 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,A组和 B组间无差异 .结论 参附注射液对脊髓缺血性损伤有明显的保护和治疗作用
Objective To observe the protective effect of Shenfu injection on ischemic spinal cord injury.Methods Eighteen male New Zealand white rabbits were randomly divided into 3 groups: Group A (n=6) as protection group, Group B (n=6) as treatment. Group C (n=6) was the control group. Group A and B were continuously infused with Shenfu Injection (10 m L·kg-1) within 30 min before ischemia or within 30 min after reperfusion; Infrarenal aorta blockade resulted in spinal cord ischemia (20 min); postoperative neurological changes were recorded and neurological scores were recorded 1, 4, 8, 12, 24, and 48 hours, and animals were sacrificed 48 hours after the spinal cord (L5- 7) Histopathological observation of the specimens. The results of postoperative neurological function scores were significantly more in group A and group B than in group C (P<0.05). There was no difference between group A and group B; reperfusion 48h The number of normal motor neurons in the anterior horn of the spinal cord was higher in group A and B than in group C (P<0.05). There was no difference between group A and group B. Conclusion Shenfu injection has significant effects on ischemic spinal cord injury. Protection and treatment
