近年来,能保证合金熔炼具有高质量、高效率的工频感应电炉在国内已日渐普遍应用。有关其运行操作、炉衬的选材和制作、烘炉等已有资料介绍。然而,对于如何提高感应电炉的工作效率、如何确定其炉衬的厚度、炉衬材料使用前作何处理及炉衬致损的原因分析等方面的研究和报导却甚少。本文拟就上述问题,介绍国外近期在这方面的部分最新研究成果、经验和见解;并着重对酸性炉衬熔炼铸铁时炉衬致损的原因分析和予防措施作以叙述。意在唤起我国有关人员对上述问题的足够重视,同时也为我国工频感应电炉的合理操作、良好运行、提高工作效率、延长炉衬寿命等提供借鉴。
In recent years, to ensure that alloy smelting with high quality, high efficiency induction heating furnace has become increasingly popular in the country. About the operation of its operation, the lining of the material selection and production, ovens and other information has been introduced. However, there are few researches and reports on how to improve the working efficiency of induction furnaces, how to determine the thickness of linings, how to deal with lining materials before use, and the cause analysis of lining damage. This article intends to introduce the above problems and introduces some recent foreign research results, experiences and opinions in this respect recently. The article also focuses on the analysis of the cause of damage to the lining of the smelting cast iron with acid lining and the preventive measures. It is intended to arouse enough attention of our country’s personnel to the above problems, and also provide reference for the reasonable operation, good operation, work efficiency and prolonging the service life of the power-frequency induction furnace in China.
