人才是最宝贵、最重要的战略资源,企业的竞争是人才的竞争,企业的发展离不开优秀的组织人事干部。在市场经济环境下,煤炭企业一味地追求专业技能、专业知识,缺乏完善的组织工作运行机制,在煤炭企业内部难以推行竞争机制。为了实现煤炭企业的持续发展,需要加大自身组织部门建设,在先进性建设、能力建设等方面给予人为倾斜,激发煤炭企业的内在活力。 Talent is the most precious and important strategic resource. The competition of enterprises is the competition of talents. The development of enterprises is inseparable from the excellent organization and personnel. In a market economy environment, coal enterprises blindly pursue their professional skills and professional knowledge, and lack a sound operating mechanism for organizing work. It is difficult to implement a competition mechanism within coal enterprises. In order to realize the sustainable development of coal enterprises, it is necessary to increase the building of its own organizational departments and to give artificial leanings in the areas of advanced construction and capacity building so as to stimulate the intrinsic vitality of coal enterprises.
