为了解拔丝噪声对工人听力的损伤,加强劳动保护,我们对某电焊条厂拔丝车间噪声及工人听力损伤状况进行了调查。拔丝车间主要生产工艺:盘条→机械去锈→酸洗(硫酸)→浸灰(作为一种润滑剂)→烘干(60—70℃)→拔丝→切丝→电焊条半成品。拔丝噪声主要是切丝机、拔丝机及去锈机在加工电焊条过程中产生的。
In order to understand the workers’ hearing loss caused by pulling noise and strengthen labor protection, we conducted a survey on the noise of the wire drawing workshop of a welding electrode factory and the hearing impairment of workers. Roving workshop main production process: Wire → mechanical rust → pickling (sulfuric acid) → liming (as a lubricant) → drying (60-70 ℃) → Wire → cut → semi-finished welding electrodes. Roving noise is mainly cut wire machine, wire drawing machine and to the rust in the process of welding electrode produced.
