近年来,随着科学技术水平的提高和经济社会的发展,水资源管理特别是农业灌溉管理逐步走向合理化、多样化和集约化。同时,水资源系统优化调度和分配、水资源宏观区域规划、水环境战略保护以及采取全面节水措施、营造节水型社会等方面都有很大的进步。随着水利工程的不断实施,水资源优化配置基础设施建设和管理手段的进一步完善,真正意义上的水资源合理配置己成为可能。文章对榆阳区水资源管理的内容进行简要阐述,分析了榆阳区水资源管理存在的问题,提出榆阳区水资源管理及合理配置的策略。 In recent years, with the improvement of science and technology and the development of economy and society, water resources management, especially agricultural irrigation management, has gradually been rationalized, diversified and intensive. At the same time, great progress has been made in such aspects as optimal scheduling and distribution of water resources systems, macro-regional planning of water resources, strategic protection of water environment, adoption of comprehensive water-saving measures and creation of a water-saving society. With the continuous implementation of water conservancy projects, the construction of water resources optimal allocation of infrastructure and management tools to further improve the real sense of the rational allocation of water resources has become possible. This article briefly describes the contents of water resources management in Yuyang District, analyzes the existing problems of water resources management in Yuyang District, and puts forward the strategies of water resources management and rational allocation in Yuyang District.
