我国改革开放以来,城市化的进程不可遏制,对房地产市场产生了重大的影响。本文通过分析城市化进程中的人口因素、经济发展因素、城市居民消费预期因素对于房地产价格的影响,认为在上述因素的作用下,房地产价格将被进一步推高,为了解决这一问题,提出了控制城市化进程中房地产价格上涨的对策。
Since China’s reform and opening up, the process of urbanization can not be stopped and has had a significant impact on the real estate market. In this paper, by analyzing the impact of demographic factors, economic development factors and urban residential consumption expectation factors on the real estate prices in the process of urbanization, we think that under the above factors, the real estate prices will be pushed up further.
