青少年科学素养水平,直接影响国家未来人才的培养。中小学开展科技教育是一项具有战略意义的系统工程,开展科技教育,培养科技人才是建设创新型国家的一项长期任务,更是北京建设全国科技创新中心的必备条件。中小学校作为科技教育的主阵地,科技教育的传播者--科技教师对青少年科学素养水平的提升又有着至关重要的作用。但是在实际工作中,不少科技教师由于工资待遇、个人发展机会、学校重视程度、经费限制等诸多因素的影响,工作积极性不高,学校的科技教育
The level of scientific literacy among adolescents directly affects the cultivation of future talent in the country. Developing science and technology education in primary and secondary schools is a strategic system project. Developing science and technology education and cultivating scientific and technological talents is a long-term task for building an innovative country. It is also a necessary condition for Beijing to build a national science and technology innovation center. Primary and secondary schools, as the main positions of science and technology education, and science and technology education communicators, science and technology teachers play a crucial role in the promotion of the scientific literacy level of young people. However, in practical work, many science and technology teachers have low enthusiasm due to many factors such as salary, personal development opportunities, school attention, and funding restrictions.
