2011年江南某市职业健康监护工作开展情况

目的了解江阴市职业健康监护工作的开展情况,为其行政部门制定卫生政策和职业病防治对策提供科学依据。方法根据该市2011年度健康危害因素监测信息系统年度报表,统计分析辖区内不同行业、不同规模、不同经济类型等的企业开展职业健康监护工作的状况。结果辖区内年度开展职业健康监护的用人单位有101家,对接触有毒有害作业的17 909人进行健康检查,占职工总数的40.59%;在接触的5大类职业病危害因素中,化学毒物类占51.72%,检出疑似职业病7人,检出率为0.04%;其大多分布于中外合资经营的中等规模金属制品行业,属物理因素(噪声)类所致疾病。发现职业禁忌证82人,检出率0.46%;其大多分布于私营有限责任公司和私营股份有限公司中的一般制造业、规模计算机及其他电子设备制造业,属化学毒物类及物理因素类所致疾病。结论提高用人单位职业病防治意识工作刻不容缓,广泛开展职业健康监护工作,能早期发现职业病和职业禁忌证。 Objective To understand the implementation of occupational health monitoring in Jiangyin and provide a scientific basis for its administrative department to formulate health policies and occupational disease prevention and control measures. Methods Based on the 2011 Annual Health Hazard Monitoring Information System Annual Report of the city, the status of occupational health monitoring carried out by enterprises of different industries, industries of different scales and different economic types in the area under its jurisdiction was statistically analyzed. Results In the area, there were 101 employers who carried out occupational health monitoring in the year, and 17 909 people who were exposed to toxic and harmful jobs were inspected for health examination, accounting for 40.59% of the total number of employees. Of the 5 occupational hazards involved, chemical toxins accounted for 51.72%. Seven cases of suspected occupational diseases were detected, with a detection rate of 0.04%. Most of them were found in the medium-sized metal products industry that is jointly invested by Sino-foreign joint ventures, which are caused by diseases caused by physical factors (noise). Found 82 occupational taboos, the detection rate of 0.46%; mostly distributed in private limited liability companies and private limited liability company in the general manufacturing, computer and other electronic equipment manufacturing scale, is a category of chemical toxicants and physical factors Cause disease. Conclusion It is imperative to improve the consciousness of occupational disease prevention and control in employing units. It is necessary to carry out occupational health monitoring in a wide range of ways and find evidence of occupational diseases and occupational contraindications in the early stage.
