目的:建立LIBS技术快速检测药用胶囊中Cr元素的方法。方法:本文利用脉冲激光聚焦后作用于胶囊表面产生等离子体,通过光纤光谱仪采集并分析等离子体发射光谱即可得到胶囊中元素信息。结果:LIBS技术无需对胶囊进行处理即可快速分析胶囊成分,对于Cr原子,最佳分析谱线为357.34 nm。实验检测了19种胶囊制剂,11种样品检测到Cr谱线。其中1种样品利用原子吸收法检测Cr含量为7 mg·kg-1,由此推算LIBS检测胶囊制剂中Cr元素含量检测限可至1 mg·kg-1以下。结论:利用LIBS技术可实现数十秒钟快速检测药用胶囊中Cr含量是否超标。
Objective: To establish a method for rapid determination of Cr in medicinal capsules by LIBS technique. Methods: After pulsed laser focusing on the surface of the capsule to generate plasma, the elemental information of the capsule can be obtained by collecting and analyzing the emission spectrum of the plasma by optical fiber spectrometer. Results: The LIBS technology allows rapid analysis of the capsule composition without the need for processing the capsule. For Cr atoms, the best analytical line is 357.34 nm. 19 kinds of capsule preparations were tested in the experiment, and Cr lines were detected in 11 samples. The detection limit of 1 Cr · kg-1 for LIBS capsules was 1 mg · kg-1 by atomic absorption spectrometry. Conclusion: The LIBS technique can rapidly detect the Cr content in medicinal capsules over several tens of seconds.
