针对当前我国普遍存在用工紧缺问题,尤以“技工荒”现象更为突出。本文以河北省为例,阐述区域经济下的人才培养模式现状和技工紧缺问题,探讨产生“技工荒”的成因分析,比对国内外先进经验和做法,提出人才需求预测及所要采取的措施。
In view of the current shortage of labor in our country, especially the phenomenon of “shortage of mechanic workers” is more prominent. This paper, taking Hebei Province as an example, expounds the status quo of talent cultivation mode and shortage of skilled workers in regional economy, discusses the causes of “shortage of skilled workers”, compared with advanced experience and practices both at home and abroad, puts forward the demand forecast and the Measures.
