目的 :观察消痔栓的急性毒性 ,测定其半数致死量。方法 :简化机率法。结果 :测得消痔栓灌胃给药的半数致死量 (LD50 )为 1 1 37 2 2mg/kg。LD50 可信限为 870 96～ 1 4 79 1 1mg/kg。平均可信限率为 2 6 74 %。结论 :消痔栓的半数致死量为有效量的 8倍 ,因而其用药安全性是可靠的
Objective: To observe the acute toxicity of Xiaozhi suppository and determine its median lethal dose. Method: Simplify the probability method. RESULTS : The median lethal dose (LD50) was 1 1 37 2 2mg/kg after oral gavage administration. The LD50 confidence limit is 870 96 to 1 4 79 1 1 mg/kg. The average credibility rate is 2677.4%. Conclusion: The median lethal dose of Xiaoyao Shuan is 8 times of the effective amount, so the safety of its use is reliable.
