碱性成纤维细胞生长因子对兔自体穿透性角膜移植伤口愈合的影响

目的 研究碱性成纤维细胞生长因子 (bFGF)对穿透角膜移植 (PKP)伤口愈合的影响。 方法  12只白色家兔的 2 4只眼采用分层随机方法分为 6个组 ,利用兔自体PKP动物模型 ,采用临床常用的角膜病给药方法———点眼 ,通过对伤口愈合强度测定、3H -TdR掺入液闪计数和AgNORs、VG和HE染色以及透射电镜等方法 ,观察bFGF对PKP术后伤口愈合速度、强度及其质量的影响。 结果 bFGF能增强PKP术后伤口愈合的强度 ,早期增加伤口处成纤维细胞的数量 ,增加伤口愈合时3H -TdR的掺入率 ,使伤口愈合时成纤维细胞及其分泌的胶原纤维呈比较规则的排列。 结论 bFGF能促进PKP术后伤口的愈合 ,改善伤口愈合的质量 Objective To investigate the effect of basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) on wound healing after penetrating keratoplasty (PKP). Methods Twenty-four rabbits in 12 white rabbits were divided into 6 groups according to the stratified randomized method. Rabbit’s self-PKP animal model was used. The cornea was used clinically to observe the wound healing intensity. 3H-TdR incorporation in liquid scintillation counting and AgNORs, VG and HE staining and transmission electron microscopy were used to observe the effect of bFGF on wound healing rate, strength and quality after PKP. Results bFGF enhanced the wound healing intensity after PKP, increased the number of fibroblasts in the wound early, and increased incorporation rate of 3H-TdR during wound healing, making the fibroblasts and collagen fibers secreted by wounds more regular Arrangement. Conclusion bFGF can promote wound healing after PKP and improve the quality of wound healing
