围绕采用何种方法制种能将成本降低,制种手续简化,培养周期缩短,污染系数减小这一问题,我们进行了塑料袋无套环、棉塞法制种的研究和试验。经过一年多的试验,此法制种平均每袋可比用瓶降低成本31.6%,生产效率提高2—3倍,重量减轻75%,比用塑料袋加套环、棉塞每袋降低成本5.13%,生产效率提高3—4倍。现简介于下:1.取一条两端均未封口,规格为12×25cm 的聚丙烯塑料菌种袋,把一端迭成一束,用左手捏,右手拇指与食指将一内径为5mm的橡胶圈(每两只一分钱)撑开套于叠好的一端上(距边缘2cm)。
