自改革开放以来,我国经济增长迅速,GDP平均增长速率达到近10%。然而,随着环境的不断恶化,在环境约束下如何提高我国的经济增长质量成了目前我国面临的重大难题。本文将以环境约束与经济增长质量为主线,深入研究如何更好的在环境约束的情况下实现经济的健康发展。 Since the reform and opening up, China’s economy has been growing rapidly, with an average GDP growth rate of nearly 10%. However, with the continuous deterioration of the environment, how to improve the quality of economic growth in our country under the environmental constraints has become a major problem that our country is facing.
