目的快速同时测定氢氯噻嗪氯沙坦钾片中的两种有效成分。方法基于近红外漫反射光谱,利用偏最小二乘法分别建立两种有效成分的多元校正模型。结果氯沙坦钾和氢氯噻嗪校正模型的校正集相关系数分别为99.42%、99.46%,预测集的相关系数分别为98.75%、98.91%,平均回收率为94.37%~101.3%、99.41%~104.84%。结论所用方法准确可靠,可用于该制剂的快速同时测定。
Objective To rapidly and simultaneously determine the two active ingredients in losartan potassium hydrochlorothiazide tablets. Methods Based on near-infrared diffuse reflectance spectroscopy, a multivariate calibration model of two active components was established by partial least square method. Results The correlation coefficients of calibration set of losartan potassium and hydrochlorothiazide were 99.42% and 99.46%, respectively. The correlation coefficients of prediction set were 98.75% and 98.91% respectively. The average recoveries were 94.37% -101.3% and 99.41% -104.84% . Conclusion The method used is accurate and reliable and can be used for rapid and simultaneous determination of the preparation.
