在无焙烧预处理、常压条件下,采用NaOH碱浸-H_2O_2氧化浸出两段湿法提取工艺提取HDS废催化剂中的Mo和V。考察了NaOH用量、H_2O_2用量、浸出温度、浸出时间以及液固比对Mo和V浸出过程的影响。结果表明:废催化剂中Mo、V浸出率受NaOH和H_2O_2用量影响较大,一定条件下随两者用量的增加而增大;浸出温度和浸出时间对Mo、V浸出影响较小;Mo浸出率随液固比的增加而有所降低。在原料经过简单预处理,NaOH加入量为Mo、V总质量的2.5倍,H_2O_2分批次加入总体积与原料质量满足0.8∶1,液固比2∶1,NaOH浸出1h,H_2O_2分批加入浸出2h,浸出温度35℃的优化实验条件下,Mo和V浸出率均可达到90%以上。
In the condition of no roasting and pretreatment and atmospheric pressure, two stages of wet extraction process of NaOH alkali leaching-H 2 O 2 leaching were used to extract Mo and V from spent HDS catalyst. The effects of NaOH dosage, H 2 O 2 dosage, leaching temperature, leaching time and liquid-solid ratio on the leaching process of Mo and V were investigated. The results show that the leaching rate of Mo and V in spent catalyst is greatly affected by the amount of NaOH and H_2O_2, and increases with the increase of both the amount of NaOH and H_2O_2. The leaching temperature and leaching time have little effect on the leaching of Mo and V. The leaching rate of Mo With the increase of liquid to solid ratio decreased. After simple pretreatment of raw materials, the amount of NaOH added was 2.5 times of the total mass of Mo and V, the total volume of batches of H 2 O 2 added and the mass of feedstock satisfied the ratio of 0.8:1, the ratio of liquid to solid was 2:1, the leaching time of NaOH was 1h, H 2 O 2 Leaching 2h, leaching temperature 35 ℃ under the optimal experimental conditions, Mo and V leaching rate can reach more than 90%.
