“工程材料及成型工艺”是高等院校机械类专业近年来开设的一门重要的技术基础课。但与机械类专业学生学习的先导课程相比,课程呈现出内容广泛、知识点多、逻辑性差、叙述性多、实践性强等突出特点,学生学习不适应,出现了各种问题。文章通过分析课程的知识结构特点,结合奥苏伯尔的认知同化学习理论,指出本课程使用通常教学方法难以使学生建立逻辑意义,也就不能实现有意义的学习。通过优化整合课程知识体系,理论教学结合工程实际,强化以职业能力培养为目的的实践环节,课程教学取得了良好的效果。
“Engineering Materials and Molding Technology ” is an important technical basic course opened in recent years by institutions of higher learning mechanical engineering. However, compared with the pilot courses taught by mechanical majors, the courses have many outstanding features, such as extensive contents, knowledge points, poor logic, narrative and practicality. By analyzing the knowledge structure of the course and combining with Ausubel’s theory of cognition and assimilation learning, the article points out that it is difficult to make the students use the usual teaching methods to establish the logical meaning and can not achieve meaningful learning. By optimizing and integrating curriculum knowledge system, combining theoretical teaching with engineering practice, and strengthening practical aspects of vocational ability training, the teaching of the course has achieved good results.
