1996年12月至1997年12月诊治慢性前列腺炎615例(其中慢性淋病性前列腺炎52例,支原体感染前列腺炎102例),并发性功能障碍268例占43.6％。临床资料:慢性前列腺炎615例,年龄22岁至54岁均已婚并有手淫史。病程6个月至9年,症状(分类)①尿频、排尿不尽、尿道灼炽刺痒。②会阴部不适、肛门坠感、排便排尿终尿道口有少量白色混浊分泌物溢出。③耻骨上缘隐痛、精索与睾丸胀痛、双大腿内侧酸困、全身无力、睡眠不好。④性欲明显减退、阳萎、早泄、射精时后尿道肛门部蹩痛、胀痛。临床检查:肛门指诊前列腺饱满、腺体有小结节或索条状、触疼。前列腺
