外伤性蛛网膜下腔出血(t-SAH)是脑外伤患者不良预后的最重要因素之一。t-SAH后有40%-80%的病人发生脑血管痉挛(CVS),导致脑供血不足,严重的会发生脑梗塞甚至死亡等并发症[1]。尼莫地平的应用减少了t-SAH的死亡率和不良预后,为t-SAH的治疗提供-崭新的手段。现结合我院三年来收治的120例t-SAH病人在尼莫地平的应用
Traumatic subarachnoid hemorrhage (t-SAH) is one of the most important causes of adverse prognosis in patients with traumatic brain injury. Cerebral vasospasm (CVS) occurs in 40% to 80% of patients after t-SAH, leading to insufficient cerebral blood supply and serious complications such as cerebral infarction and even death [1].
