使用顶空-气相色谱-质谱法研究了不同的稀释剂、样品量及标曲区间的选择对β-胡萝卜素晶体溶剂残留检测结果的影响,同时根据实验结果制定了最适合的β-胡萝卜素溶残检测方法。该方法能够完全分离乙醇、乙酸乙酯、异丙醇和乙酸异丁酯,4种不同溶剂的梯度加标回收率在97.2%~102.4%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)在2.8%~6.9%(n=6)之间,均小于10%,由此可见此方法的精密度和准确度良好,能满足日常分析的要求,为天然胡萝卜素晶体中有机溶剂残留量的检测与评价提供了依据。
The effects of different diluents, sample amount and range of calibration curve on the determination of β-carotene crystal solvent residues were studied by headspace-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. At the same time, the most suitable β-carotene Leakage detection method. The method can completely separate ethanol, ethyl acetate, isopropanol and isobutyl acetate.
