《历史教学》创刊已三十五周年。它从创刊开始,就确定了面向中学历史教学,为提高教学质量服务的办刊方针。三十五年来,《历史教学》在指导中学历史教学改革,促进教学质量提高方面,作出了贡献,深得教师的称赞和信赖,教师称它为“及时雨”、“刊授大学”。特别突出的是它通过组稿、座谈交流、征求意见等方式,把刊物与教学实际紧密联系起来,着意在中学历史教师中培养了一批教学和研究的骨干。现在他们中有很多人已成为《历史教学》撰稿的基干力量,有的则成为所在地区、所在学校指导历史教学工作和进行教学研究的负责人。我与《历史教学》有三十余年工作联系,就个人的长期体会,认为《历史教学》能取得这样的成功,主要是它不但有明确的办刊方针,而且抓住了贯彻办刊方针,做到切实为中学历史教学服务的三个基本环节——引航、辅导、提高。
History Teaching started its 35th anniversary. From the beginning of its publication, it established the guidelines for running the history teaching in middle schools and serving the teaching quality. Over the past 35 years, “history teaching” has made great contributions in guiding the history teaching reform in secondary schools and promoting the improvement of teaching quality. It has won praise and trust from teachers. Teachers call it “timely rain” and “publishing to universities.” Particularly prominent is that it has closely linked the publications with the teaching practice by means of group draft, informal discussion, solicitation of opinions, etc. It is intended to train a batch of backbone of teaching and research in history teachers of middle school. Now many of them have become the backbone of the writing of “History Teaching,” while others become leaders in their own area, where their schools teach history teaching and teaching research. I have been in contact with History Teaching for more than thirty years. On the long-term personal experience, I think it is possible for History Teaching to achieve such success. It is mainly because it not only has a clear policy of running a journal, but also grasps the principle of running the journal , So as to effectively serve the three basic links of history teaching in middle schools - pilotage, counseling and improvement.
