该文从信息论角度分析了超宽带信道下MBOK(-Mary bi-orthogonal keying)调制系统(包括均衡、编码)的性能,以提供超宽带调制系统设计的理论分析工具。该系统采用频域均衡以获得分集增益,且均衡的残余干扰在MBOK解扩后也得以降低。基于最小均方误差(MMSE)频域均衡,并将MBOK解扩后的残余跨符号干扰视作Gauss白噪声,得到显式MBOK调制系统可达速率表达式。在超宽带CM4信道,可达速率分析结果表明MBOK调制系统不但有低峰均比的优点,且功率效率相对正交频分复用(OFDM)系统也可提高约1 dB。
This paper analyzes the performance of MBOK (including bi-directional bi-orthogonal keying) modulation system (including equalization and coding) from the perspective of information theory to provide a theoretical analysis tool for UWB modulation system design. The system uses frequency-domain equalization to obtain diversity gain, and equalized residual interference is also reduced after MBOK despreading. Based on the minimum mean square error (MMSE) frequency domain equalization, the residual cross-symbol interference after MBOK despreading is regarded as Gauss white noise, and an expressible expression formula of the explicit MBOK modulation system is obtained. In ultra-wideband CM4 channels, the achievable rate analysis shows that the MBOK modulation system not only has the advantage of low PAPR, but also improves the power efficiency by about 1 dB compared to Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing (OFDM) system.
