采用对比的方法对压印连接接头疲劳性能进行研究。对Al5052压印连接件进行了拉伸-剪切试验和疲劳试验;采用公式推导同等尺寸Al5052光滑试件的拉伸-剪切强度和疲劳极限。将两种试件的拉伸-剪切强度和疲劳极限进行对比,结果表明,压印接头拉伸-剪切强度较小,但疲劳性能较好。载荷比R=0.5时,Al5052压印接头的疲劳极限可以达到材料疲劳极限的60%,此时的平均载荷达到接头最大静强度的71.3%以上。
The contrast method is used to study the fatigue properties of the embossed joints. Tensile-shear tests and fatigue tests were performed on the Al5052 imprinted connectors. The tensile-shear strength and fatigue limits of the Al5052 smooth specimens of the same size were derived using the formula. The tensile-shear strength and fatigue limit of the two kinds of specimens are compared. The results show that the tensile strength and the shear strength of the stamping joint are smaller but the fatigue performance is better. When the load ratio R = 0.5, the fatigue limit of the Al5052 embossed joint can reach 60% of the fatigue limit of the material, and the average load reaches 71.3% of the maximum static strength of the joint at this time.
