近年来随着我国文化体制改革的逐步深化,报业集团在新形势下也逐步开始转型,这种转型主要表现在报业集团的企业化程度越来越高,不再只看重社会效益而逐渐向经济效益偏移,这些变化对报业集团的内部控制水平提出了更高的要求。然而,当前我国大多数报业集团的内部控制很不完善,这严重制约了报业集团的整体快速发展。为此,本文首先阐述了内部控制对于报业集团的重要意义,然后分析了报业集团内部控制方面存在的问题,最后针对具体问题提出了相应的完善对策。
In recent years, with the gradual deepening of the reform of our country’s cultural system, the newspaper group has also begun to gradually transform under the new situation. This transformation is mainly manifested in that the newspaper group is getting more and more entrepreneurial and no longer focusing only on social benefits To the deviation of economic benefits, these changes have set higher requirements for the newspaper group’s internal control. However, the current internal control of most newspaper groups in China is not perfect, which severely restricts the overall rapid development of newspaper groups. To this end, this article first describes the significance of internal control for the newspaper group, and then analyzes the problems existing in the newspaper group’s internal control, and finally puts forward corresponding improvement measures for the specific problems.
