以煤矿冲击地压为研究对象,将风险管理的相关理论应用到煤矿开采过程中,对事故风险的定义、冲击地压风险事故机理和预防控制措施等方面进行了研究。将事故风险定义为在正常的生产过程中某一客观存在或某项活动具有导致安全生产系统发生事故的可能性及其事故损失的组合,并给出了相应的函数表达式。在此基础上,根据冲击地压的特点与煤层开采之间的关系,将引发冲击地压的风险因素分为开采深度、地质构造、煤岩特性等自然风险和开采技术、组织管理等人为风险2大类,构建了煤矿冲击地压风险事故致因模式,提出了相应的风险控制对策。
Taking the impact pressure of coal mine as the research object, the related theory of risk management is applied to the process of coal mining, the definition of accident risk, the accident mechanism of rock burst and the prevention and control measures are studied. The accident risk is defined as the combination of an objective existence or an activity in the normal production process that has the possibility of causing an accident in the safety production system and the accident loss, and gives the corresponding function expression. On this basis, according to the relationship between the characteristics of rockburst and coal mining, the risk factors of rock burst are divided into natural risks such as mining depth, geological structure, coal and rock properties and mining technology, organizational management and other man-made risks 2 categories, build a coal mine rock burst risk cause model, put forward the corresponding risk control measures.
